Owner of the Online Store www.msl.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store)
The owner of the Online Store is MoobelSL OÜ (registry code 12426365), located at Lehise 1-3, Järva-Jaani, Järvamaa, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are displayed alongside the respective products. The price is subject to additional delivery fees (for orders that do not qualify for free delivery).
Delivery fees depend on the buyer’s location, total weight of the products, and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is shown to the buyer when placing the order.
Product information is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order a product, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method selected. The total cost is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or other available payment methods.
The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the payable amount in the Online Store’s bank account.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the amount paid (including delivery fees) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 2–3 days of sending the notification.
Delivery
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, and other EU countries.
The delivery costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant price information is displayed in the shopping cart next to the selected delivery method.
Domestic deliveries within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 10–14 working days from the date the sales agreement comes into effect. Deliveries to Finland are made within 30 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days. [Depending on the product, the right of withdrawal may not apply; such products and services must be listed and must meet the conditions specified in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.]
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same way as it would be allowed to test them in a physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the diminished value of the goods.
To return goods, a withdrawal statement must be submitted—this can be done in free form. The withdrawal statement must be sent to the email address info@moobelsl.ee no later than within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving them or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within this period.
The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for return is that the item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
According to law, the Online Store must refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract immediately upon receiving the returned item, but no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the item being returned or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent the item back—whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery option.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from a sales transaction and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the product price in the Online Store has been mistakenly listed significantly below market value.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to a contract the subject of which is (according to § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act):

The provision of a service or other ongoing performance, where the business's obligations have been fully fulfilled and the provision/performance began with the consumer’s explicit prior consent and confirmation that they waive the right of withdrawal;

The supply of goods made to the consumer’s personal specifications;

The supply of goods made according to the consumer's conditions;

The supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery;

The supply of goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect that was already present at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years after the item was handed over to the buyer. During the first 12 months after the delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof to rebut this assumption lies with the Online Store.
The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing info@moobelsl.ee or calling +372 59 151 001.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the item has been delivered to the buyer.
If a product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, it will be repaired or replaced. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all payments made under the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 working days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing the order and delivering the goods. The Online Store forwards personal data to the transport service provider only for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish to receive such communications by entering their email address on the website and confirming their interest in receiving direct marketing messages.
The buyer can unsubscribe from promotional emails and newsletters at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or following the instructions provided in the email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to info@moobelsl.ee or by calling +372 59 151 001.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve a dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
